Sure!<\/p>\n<p>Here are the top reasons why certification is important to learners, whether it\u2019s officially recognized or not.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Certification is motivating<\/h2>\n<p>Let\u2019s be honest. \u201cBecause I say so!\u201d is rarely a good enough reason for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.talentlms.com\/ebook\/learner-engagement\/introduction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">adult learners to engage in training<\/a>. Career growth and development isn\u2019t a straight, upward path anymore. Rather, having a successful career often means finding fulfillment. And this leads many people to change their jobs, and even industries, multiple times throughout their lives.<\/p>\n<p>You might be thinking: \u201cThat\u2019s crazy! Back to college again and again?\u201d But nobody said anything about college. Because online certificate courses mean that employees get to learn new skills, in a new industry, for a new job, without ever having to step foot on campus.
