At the same time, it&#8217;s focusing on how equity impacts the ways people collaborate and co-exist in a workspace. Use accessible language<\/h3>\n<p>This is the core of any successful training program. In fact, the more complicated your subject matter is, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.talentlms.com\/blog\/plain-language-in-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>the simpler the language you\u2019re using should be<\/strong><\/a>. If your staff needs to learn a whole new vocabulary just to understand a lesson, they will probably forget it soon afterward\u2014both the vocabulary and the lesson.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAccessible language\u201d doesn\u2019t only mean using easy words.
