How do Standard plans work?
Standard Plans limit the system usage based on the total number of registered users. You can deactivate an inactive user to free a position for a new user. Those plans come with hard limits. You cannot have more users than your account limit.
How do Active plans work?
Active Plans let you register an unlimited number of users. Their pricing is based on the number of different users that login to your portal each month. Those plans come with soft limits. We do not prevent users from logging in if your plan limit has been reached.
What is the difference between Annual and Monthly pricing?
With annual pricing you pay for a year ahead but you get an important discount when compared to month-by-month pricing.
Do you offer plans with bigger user limits?
We offer custom plans tailored to your needs for any number of users. Contact us for more information on custom plans.
Do I need a credit card to create an account?
You do not need a credit card to create your account. The Free plan does not have a time limit either. Use it for as much as you want!
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. If you cancel your account, your portal will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Does my plan come with free support?
We offer support for all type of accounts - even free. You can issue a support request directly within your learning portal's dashboard.
Is there any limitation on the storage amount for my courses?
There is no storage limitation. The Free plan has a 100MB per uploaded file limit and paid plans have a 600MB per upload limit, but there is no cap on the total storage you may use.
