What’s an Active user and what’s a Registered user?
A Registered user is a user who has registered to the portal. (This includes administrators, instructors, and learners.) All users are registered users, but only those who have logged in to your portal at least once during a 30-day billing period are considered Active.
What’s the difference between yearly and monthly prices?
Every plan you see can be billed yearly or monthly. This flexibility lets you choose a plan that makes the most sense for your business and training needs.
Our yearly plans come with savings and are ideal for those who will use an LMS for long-term, ongoing training. Monthly plans are ideal for those who need to train for short bursts of time.
Are there any implementation fees?
No. There are no extra fees to set up your account. TalentLMS is simple enough to get up and training without specialized tech people.
What does a success manager do?
Success managers are included in our Plus, Premium and Enterprise plans. They’ll help you set up your account, as well as keep track of how you’re using our platform to offer recommendations.
Should I get a Standard plan or an Active plan?
Standard plans are ideal if you know the size of your training audience and know it will stay relatively consistent over time.
In Standard plans, you pay for registered users. This means the limit applies to how many users are registered to your portal.
Active plans are ideal if your training audience isn’t consistent, or if different audiences need training at different times throughout the year.
In Active plans, you have an unlimited number of registered users. But you only pay for the active ones. Active users are those who have logged in to your portal at least once during a 30-day billing period.
Can I change plans?
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. If you cancel your account, your portal will remain active until the end of your billing period.
How do I pay for a plan?
You can purchase all plans from inside our platform with a credit card. You’ll need to register for a free account first. We also accept payment by bank transfer for yearly and Enterprise plans.
