To address talent scarcity, they launched the Innodata Career Academy, an internal upskilling hub focused on AI readiness. With more than 500 employees completing mandatory training at a 99% rate, Innodata demonstrated how targeted talent development drives business performance.

The World Small Animal Veterinary Association
The World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA), a non-profit supporting companion animal health and welfare, was recognized for expanding global access to quality veterinary education.
