Training around energized power systems leaves no room for “good enough.” ACT Power Services built a program where safety training travels with every field technician: Nearly 200 courses, 29 of them tailored to individual facilities, delivered on company tablets and reinforced with hands-on, in-person practice. The result: Completion of required training climbed from the low 80s to the high 90s in 2 years.

Stella Lee, PhD
Director of Paradox Learning, AI strategist, and eLearning expert
Dr. Stella Lee has over 20 years of progressive experience internationally in consulting digital learning initiatives with higher education, government, NGOs, and the private sectors.
Today, her focus is on enterprise-wide learning strategy and governance, digital ethics for learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and e-learning applications, learning management system (LMS) design, evaluation, and learning analytics.
Working with Stella has genuinely been one of the biggest highlights of my career. She has an incredible ability to make complex ideas feel actionable and empowering. She challenged me to think bigger, ask better questions, and approach learning and development in entirely new ways.
