Step into the spotlight with The Training Excellence Awards
It’s time your training takes center stage!
The 2026 TalentLMS Training Excellence Awards are your chance to share your training story, showcase the impact you’ve made, and gain the industry recognition your work deserves.

The awards

Top Training Award
Your training program is one of a kind. Now it’s time to show what makes it stand out. Whether you train employees, customers, or partners, we want to hear what sets your training apart.
Using AI to build your training? Opt in to be recognized as an AI Learning Pioneer (available only through this category).

Great Results Award
Your training metrics tell part of the story. This award is about what comes next: How training drove measurable business results. Revenue growth, improved retention, lower costs, and stronger performance.
Tell us what changed for your organization because of learning.

Social Impact Award
This award recognizes programs that create positive change beyond the organization: Supporting communities, improving access to education, advancing sustainability, or tackling social challenges.
If your training makes a difference in the world, we want to hear about it.

Training Trailblazer Award
Behind every great training program, there’s someone who made it happen. This award is for the person who championed learning when no one else would.
Submit your entry for 1 or all 3 of the other categories to be eligible for the Training Trailblazer Award. You can nominate yourself or your team’s L&D champion.
