Matching your body language with the words you’re saying is important. You can completely undermine any message if your body language doesn’t match up. Try folding your arms, frowning, and shaking your head. Now say, “Yes, I’d love to.” Do you seem believable? Thought not.
Using body language is an instinctive way to communicate. But the meaning of what someone says can be damaged if the body language isn’t aligned with the words they’re saying. This course will show your teams how to use their body language to help say what they mean.
