As we stood on the brink of quite rapid expansion, but also wanted to train a lot of different audiences. We kind of needed an LMS that allowed us to do that. TalentLMS was that LMS.
Our mission at Position Green as a company, is to drive impact in regards to sustainability and all that entails. We have a data driven sustainability suite at the core of our services and experts in sustainability and ESG assisting companies with that transition from compliance to implementing those strategies.
Online training in our organization plays a vital role, especially when it comes to scaling. And also for us to be able to provide training for our customers.

The sustainability suite is a way for customers to trace the metrics around sustainability, and the Academy fits in with that because it allows people to both understand how to use the suite itself, but it also enables them to understand why they’re doing it.

We switched to TalentLMS from a different provider before. TalentLMS allows us to do quite a few things. Three of them has been key for us. So one, is the fact that we serve a lot of different audiences. So having long and multi-tenant solution has been key. Number two, has been integration possibilities. And number three, is just how easy it is to scale with a lot of users in a lot of courses.
Well our growth at Position Green has been quite, quite rapid the last two years. So we’ve grown from from roughly 30 employees to 350.
Our academy has been key in helping us grow as quickly as we have. Having a robust onboarding process, with a certain set of digital training tailored to certain roles, has been instrumental in making everyone know what we are about and be also familiar with departments that they themselves don’t work in.
One thing that I quite enjoy about TalentLMS is that for whatever use case I can think of to help grow our academy audiences and serve our customers better, I know that I can rely on TalentLMS to kind of support that use case. Because of this flexibility and the scalability of it.
