Co-founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer

Dimitris Tsingos

Dimitris is the Co-founder, President, and CEO of Epignosis, the company behind TalentLMS. Having led the organization through multiple phases of growth, he returned to the CEO role in 2025, bringing renewed focus on long-term vision, product excellence, and building a business designed to last.

With a background in Computer Science and Business, Dimitris has been closely involved in shaping TalentLMS since its early days — from defining its mission to democratize learning to guiding its evolution into a platform trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide. His leadership has been instrumental in growing the business from an early-stage venture into a global learning technology company with a strong culture, clear values, and sustained profitability.

Dimitris approaches company-building as a creative and deeply human endeavor. He believes that ambitious goals, disciplined execution, and genuine care for people are not opposing forces but essential complements. A strong believer in the transformative role of AI, he is focused on ensuring that emerging technologies are used thoughtfully — to make learning more accessible, effective, and meaningful at scale.

Based in Athens, Dimitris focuses on guiding the company’s long-term vision as it enters its next phase of growth.

Co-founder and Chief Research Officer

Thanos Papangelis

Thanos is the Co-founder of TalentLMS and currently serves as Chief Research Officer and Board Member. A technologist at heart, he has played a defining role in shaping the company’s long-term vision: Building learning technology that is powerful, accessible, and genuinely human.

With a background in computer engineering and a PhD in Computer Science, Thanos led TalentLMS’s product and technology direction for more than a decade. During that time, he also initiated and oversaw the creation of other ecosystem platforms, including TalentCards, eFront, and TalentHR — products that today support organizations of all sizes in developing their people.

In his current role, Thanos focuses on research, innovation, and the future of learning technologies, exploring how emerging fields such as AI can meaningfully improve how people learn and grow at work. He approaches entrepreneurship as a creative practice, guided by core values of empathy, integrity, diversity, and simplicity.

Chief Technology Officer

Manos Dramitinos

Manos’s journey is driven by creativity, problem-solving, and a deep belief in the value technology can create when built with purpose. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Athens University of Economics and Business, his early career was rooted in research and large-scale systems, contributing to EU-funded projects and academic work focused on networks, resource optimization, and emerging technologies.

He joined TalentLMS in 2017 as CIO, bringing a strong technical and analytical foundation into a fast-growing product environment. Over the years, Manos has played a central role in shaping the company’s technology direction, helping evolve TalentLMS into a robust, scalable learning platform trusted by organizations around the world. Today, as CTO, he leads the long-term technology vision with a focus on innovation, reliability, and meaningful impact.

Living between Crete and Athens, Manos finds balance outside of work as a recreational diver and a devoted cat and dog lover — passions reflecting his calm focus, curiosity, and respect for both depth and detail.

Chief Commercial Officer

Helena Salsas Gratacós

Helena brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling customer-facing organizations across high-growth technology companies. As Chief Commercial Officer, she leads Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support, bringing together all revenue-driving and customer-facing teams around a single goal: Long-term customer impact and growth.

Her background spans multiple markets and geographies. Having led teams across EMEA, the US, and LATAM, Helena has a proven track record of transforming go-to-market functions, driving sustainable revenue growth, and building high-performing teams that put customers at the center of decision-making. She is particularly passionate about creating scalable go-to-market strategies that balance growth with customer value.

Before joining TalentLMS, Helena held senior commercial leadership roles at high-growth companies, where she was a driving force behind customer-centric change, revenue growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Based in Barcelona, Helena is known for her energy, optimism, and hands-on leadership style, combining strategic thinking with a deep commitment to helping teams and customers succeed.

Chief Product Officer

Andrea Lorenzon

With over 15 years of experience in the eLearning industry, Andrea brings a rare blend of technical depth, business acumen, and hands-on delivery to his role as CPO. His background spans engineering, product leadership, and professional services, allowing him to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.

Andrea has led large and complex learning initiatives across Europe, the US, and the Middle East, supporting enterprise deployments for Fortune 500 companies, government, and educational organizations. Those experiences shaped his product philosophy: Learning platforms only succeed when they are practical, adoptable, and built with a deep understanding of real organizational change.

Before joining TalentLMS, Andrea held senior leadership roles across the learning and talent ecosystem and co-founded Teeled, a professional services company focused on learning, content, and talent management.

Andrea leads the TalentLMS product strategy with a focus on clarity, value creation, and building learning experiences that scale — without losing sight of the people who use them every day.

Chief Marketing Officer

Elena Leandros

Elena’s journey blends creativity, growth marketing, and a deep belief in the power of learning to unlock potential. With an academic background spanning Chemistry and Marketing, she began her career in digital marketing for early-stage startups, where she developed a strong appreciation for building products that solve real problems simply. 

After living between London and Paris for seven years, Elena joined TalentLMS, initially working closely with customers in Customer Success. That hands-on experience shaped her customer-first mindset and continues to influence how she approaches marketing today. 

For nearly a decade, she has helped evolve TalentLMS into a learning tool trusted by businesses of all sizes to help their people grow and perform at their best. Now CMO, Elena leads product marketing, growth, brand, and content, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and impact. 

Based in Athens, she is a mom of two and a firm believer that the best tools — like the best learning experiences — should make life a little easier.

Chief Financial Officer

Pavlos Stellakis

Pavlos has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2018 and has been a key driver of the company’s evolution from startup to scaleup. 

During his tenure, Pavlos has played a central role in supporting the organization’s sustained growth and profitability, including leading the largest investment round to date. Today, he helps ensure the financial discipline and operational clarity needed to support a global learning technology business serving thousands of customers worldwide.

Before joining Epignosis, Pavlos spent 20 years at Grant Thornton, where he served as an Assurance Partner and International Business Center Director. A Certified Public Accountant and ACCA member, he brings deep expertise in accounting, governance, and international financial operations.

Pavlos is known for his steady leadership style and long-term perspective, providing the financial structure that allows TalentLMS to grow with confidence and consistency.

Chief Operating Officer

Leonidas (Leo) Palaiokostas

Leo brings over 15 years of experience across software engineering, product leadership, and business execution to his role as COO. With a background that spans both deep technical work and commercial responsibility, he plays a key role in translating strategy into scalable, day-to-day execution across the business.

Having joined the team in its early stage of growth, Leonidas has led multiple parts of the organization over time, from engineering and product to enterprise business units. He has contributed to shaping and scaling ecosystem products such as TalentCards, as well as guiding enterprise solutions like eFront, with a focus on customer needs and long-term sustainability.

Leo oversees operations across the business and works closely with teams across product, engineering, sales, and customer-facing functions to ensure alignment, operational clarity, and disciplined growth.

Known for his pragmatic leadership style and his ability to bridge technical complexity with business impact, Leo helps TalentLMS scale thoughtfully while staying grounded in the quality and reliability its customers expect.

Chief Information Security Officer

Dimitris Kounalakis

Dimitris’s journey is shaped by a belief that technology, security, and business value work best when they evolve together. With a career spanning more than three decades across platform engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security governance, he brings a broad technical background and a practical approach to leadership. 

In his role, Dimitris focuses on strengthening security in a thoughtful and balanced way. He sees security as something that works best when it is part of everyday decision-making, not a separate layer added at the end. His work brings together risk awareness, secure engineering practices, compliance, and customer trust, while supporting the teams that build and evolve TalentLMS.

Dimitris approaches the role with curiosity, care, and a strong respect for collaboration, helping make security practical, understandable, and useful across the business.
