Sometimes, a problem comes up and you don’t know how to solve it. So, you let someone else fix it, or at least ask for their help. But what if that’s not an option? Perhaps a customer approaches your teams with a particular issue they’ve never come across before, and no one else is available to help them? Well, it’ll be up to themselves to figure it out.
